Interior decorating typically refers to the styling and furnishing of an existing space without structural changes. The Final Touch offers a full interior design service, which includes both the design and project management of any remodelling work required.
Timelines depend on the scale of the remodelling. A single-room redesign without structural changes can be completed in a matter of weeks. A full home remodelling typically takes between three and nine months, depending on the extent of the work and the availability of materials and contractors. We provide a project timeline as part of our proposal.
Yes. We have experience working with older properties in Stellenbosch, Paarl and the surrounding areas, including Cape Dutch and Georgian buildings. We approach heritage properties with care for their original character, designing interiors and remodelling approaches that respect the architecture while meeting modern living standards.
Yes. Our interior design service includes full project management — briefing contractors, conducting site visits, coordinating trades and reviewing quality throughout. We can manage the entire renovation process on your behalf, or we can provide the design and specification and work alongside your own contractor if you prefer.
Yes. We work on new builds from the design development stage, helping clients make informed decisions about spatial layout, finishes, built-in joinery and lighting before construction is finalised.
